Emmaus Sheffield has been nominated for an award that celebrates community heroes. The prestigious award ceremony called ‘Sheffield’s Night of Honour’ takes place on 30th November.

Companions have been working hard to give the Emmaus South Lambeth shop at 7 Knight’s Hill a complete makeover.
The Knight’s Hill shop has now opened for business and is the only Emmaus shop in the UK dedicated solely to selling electrical items.

An Emmaus auction of dresses Jerry Hall donated to Emmaus, including the dress she wore when she married Mick Jagger, raised £28,000. The raised money will be used to support the 27 groups in the UK.

Selwyn Image, Vice President of the Emmaus UK Federation, travelled to Buckingham Palace on 4th March to receive his CBE from the Queen. He was awarded the CBE in the New Year’s Honours List in recognition of his key role in bringing Emmaus to the UK.
