Volunteers
Emmaus Preston always hopes that volunteers will join our beautiful project and lend us a helping hand.
Participating to our community life is a great experience. Emmaus has a very strong message and we’d love to see Prestonians help to not only be a helping hand, but also be a part of our community, a friend to the Companions.
Currently we have the following volunteers positions open:
- Retail Assistants: if you have experience in the retail sector and want to join a 3R project entirely ran by our COmpanions, feel free to get in touch with us. Jobs will range from helping us collect the items (be a member of our van crew) to be a member of our retail team in our shop.
- Joiner: lots of work still needs to be done in our shop unit on London road and a project big as ours always has some joinerie to be done.
- Gardening: our house has a really big garden and we are looking to make this garden look nice. Emmaus Preston would love to have a gardener in our team
- General Assistants: if you want to lend us a helping hand or have a specialization in any other area, feel free to get in touch with us and offer your help.
